Still feeling lousy. I probably shouldn't have gone out especially considering how thick the air was but I need to get the miles in. First 6 were alright but the last 3 were tough.

Sorry to hear you are sick...I drove James to the airport at 7:00 and the fog was really bad...I hope it was fog anyway.
