Felt good this morning.  First 3 miles were at 8:00/mile then I picked up the pace to 7:25/mile for the rest of the run.  The pace felt really good and in control.  Just like a GA run should feel.

I hate to do this, but I'm going to have to ask. What in the world is a GA run? general aerobic? My google search came up blank...

GA=General Aerobic. I think most people refer to them as junk miles but I don't believe in junk miles.

Come on Andy, GA is general authority run -- we know now the real reason why you aren't running SGM, you will be at conference.
