Nice and easy recovery run.  Legs felt pretty tired so it was nice to have an easy run.  Another windy day.  Really hoping that all of this running in the wind isn't just a way to prepare us for a windy Boston.

Andy, are you doing any running in the p.m.? I'd love to knock out some 6:45ish tempo runs with some company, but I'm much too lazy to get out of bed and do it.

It is hard for me to run at night because of my kids. I may be able to pull it off depending on when you want to do it.
