Got too late of a start and couldn't get the entire run in. Can't wait for Ashton to get his driver's license so I don't have to rush home to take him to school. Felt decent during the run. Kept the pace just under 8:00/mile.

Andy, I'm not looking to fly along this Sat. I'd be happy with no faster than 7:45 ave pace for 16. I wouldn't mind throwing in some faster stuff in the late middle.

i would but 7:45 for 16 miles would be a PR effort for me - i'm going to wait until the day after your sub 3 at Boston!
btw if you head north on the LPT beware: apparently Farmington isn't up to the challenge of clearing snow off their parkways yet. :-)

Looks like your training is going good! I loved the day that all my kids could drive...it is sad though that now I never see them. Long talks on the way too school are really missed.
