My fingers have finally warmed up and I can type.  I heard on the radio while I was running that we have the worst air in the nation right now.  Made me think that running in this air while getting over a cold was a really bad idea.  Hopefully not too much damage was done.  Felt alright during the run although not quite 100%.

We get a nasty temperature inversion during the winter that makes the air quality terrible in the valley.

I did the treadmill today the air looked way to crappy to run in.
