I ran on the treadmill today at the gym. I would've run longer but the kids area was getting to chaotic and I didn't want my two year old to get destroyed. Schools out and there were more kids around today. I did do a faster mile again on the treadmill today, I think I'll try to do this once a week from now on. I put the treadmill at 1.5% incline then did a two mile warm up, 7:04 flat mile, then one mile cool down.
