I ran a 4 mile tempo for my workout today. It went better then last weeks attempt at a tempo. 2.3 mile warm up, South Ogden tempo loop. I didn't have a set pace in mind, I was hoping for faster then last week. Last week I was only able to get through 3 miles but today I felt strong through 4. Splits 6:45, 6:53, 6:48, 6:41. 2 mile cool down.
