I met up with Sariah at Beus Pond to do a workout. I haven't had a great week so I wasn't sure how this would feel today, Sariah also has not had a great week. She had a flu bug for a few days that did a number on her. She just planned on jumping in a few of my intervals with me. 2 mile warm up and then I did 4x1000 and then 4x400s. The goal for the 1000s was 4:04 the goal for the 400s was to not die. Splits 3:59, 4:00, 4:01, 4:04. 3 min jog then 400s: 90, 89, 86, 86. About 1:35-1:45 jog for rest. I was pushing hard those last two 400s. 2 mile cool down. The workout was an improvement from a similar workout I did a month ago.
