I ran a workout at Beus pond this afternoon. It's shaded enough to where it's not terrible running intervals there in the heat. I did 8x400 with 200 meter jog for rest. I felt stronger then I did two weeks ago when I did this workout. Two weeks ago I barely got through 6 today I got through 8. 93, 92, 92, 91, 90, 91, 91, 92.
