Short-Term Running Goals: Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017! Long-Term Running Goals: Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon. Personal: I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. | | I haven't felt good since the Ogden half. I was supposed to do a long workout today 4-3-2-1 but felt like garbage. I did the first 4 at 6:32, 6:39, 6:33, 6:41 this set felt hard for some reason. I started the next set but fell off pace within the first half mile so I just scraped it and called it a slow 4 mile tempo. My legs feel like they weigh an extra 15 lbs each. Hoping to feel better soon.

| | Pushed the kids on the parkway with Sariah this morning, we could only fit in 6 miles. I might try to get a couple more miles in later.
Quick 2.3 miles on the treadmill for a little extra. It's all I had time for.

| | I'm still feeling crummy with my running. Each interval in my workout today seemed like a challenge. I'm in some kind of mental funk right now. Hoping to get out of it soon. I probably need a few days with just easy runs. Here's my workout today: 1000-3:36 4X400 83, 84, 86, 85, then 4x200 (felt so hard) 39, 37, 38, 38. That's all I could muster today.

| | Nice easy run with Angie this morning. I felt better for the first time in a couple weeks.

| | I ran on the trails at Snowbasin this morning with Angie, Sariah, and Katie. It was a nice change of scenery. We ended up running 2 hours. Fun run!
