I haven't felt good since the Ogden half. I was supposed to do a long workout today 4-3-2-1 but felt like garbage. I did the first 4 at 6:32, 6:39, 6:33, 6:41 this set felt hard for some reason. I started the next set but fell off pace within the first half mile so I just scraped it and called it a slow 4 mile tempo. My legs feel like they weigh an extra 15 lbs each. Hoping to feel better soon.
