Marathon: 3:19 I ran the Ogden Marathon in May 2009

Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.
Personal:
I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.
I did a workout early this morning in South Weber. I kind of just went off feel. I did 4X400 (88,87,83,87) 4X200 (42,39,42,41) Good tune up workout before Dogtown.
