Ran on the treadmill. 4 easy slow miles. Set the treadmill at 6.2 and ran slow. Streched out legs. A little sore from yesterday.

Ran on the trail at lunch with Colleen. Cold and overcast 38 degrees. Today was supposed to be a 9:47 easy day but when I get out there I just run....gotta learn how to slow myself down. Just started talking and time and miles got away from me before I knew it I was holding 9's and feeling great. Finished with an avg pace of 8:58 time was 44:54. When we were done we did lunges and wall sits. Gonna hurt tomorrow!!

Ran 4 easy miles on the treadmill. Very sore from yesterdays run. Ran 6.0 up to 6.3. Even the slow miles hurt!

Ran 5 miles on the trail with Colleen at lunch. Ran 1 mile warm up then 3 strides at the end of each mile for .10 (strides were between 6:50 and 7:20 pace). Then 1 mile cool down. Was supposed to do 3 8:14's but it was soooo windy and hilly on the trail. Finished in 43:54 Avg pace 8:47.
