Ran yassos....ugggh. Ran 7 miles 1/2 mile warm up @ 6.1 then 3 1/2's at 7:47 pace with 1/2 mile cool down's at 9:51 in between. Then ran 1/2 @ 8:34 cool down @ 9:51 then ran 2 1/2's @ 8:00 pace with 1/2 mile cool downs in between @ 9:51. Ran a mile cool down. Finished 7 in 1:03:15. Very tired

Thank you. I dont think that "on fire" is really the word. (It hurt really bad). You did a great job today as well. I wish I could get that speed up. Trying so hard to qualify for Boston and I think im going about it in the wrong way. :( I ordered Jeff Galloways new book "Qualify for Boston" and it hasnt helped me as much as I thought.
