Hi Teena. Thanks for checking on me. Im doing ok. About to start really Boston training. Im registered for two marathons. Steamtown in October and Philly in Novemeber. Two shots at it. UGGHHH Ran two races this weekend but havent had any time to put my workouts on the calander. Ill do it tonight while watching TV. Ran my fastest 1/2 today on ALL hills in 93 degree weather! Holy crap was it hard! Especially since I ran a race called "The Dreaded Druid Hills" the day before!! Averaged 8:53s and Finished in 1:56:26. My legs are hurting today. Made me question if I could do Boston.....Im going to give it my all. Any advice??

PRing on a hilly course in that kind of heat is nothing to downplay! Seriously ... 93 degrees and hills and you still PR'd???? YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!

Sounds to me that you are right on track for Boston (especially considering that you did not taper for that race).

Can't wait to read all of the details.

You got this! :)
