Ran 14 miles on the trail. Linstead twice then ran from the 5 to the 1 and back. Felt good but again a little to fast for my long runs. Finished in 2:08:36 9:10 pace. Starting to think I should just do my long runs at marathon pace. Everyone says something different.

Good job on the longer run. Nice trail you get to run on here! I think I remember you, you just need to post a pic and then I could have said hi!

Jeff,

I would love to post a picture however, when I try to upload one it tells me the photo is to large and to compress it. When I do that it doesnt work :)

Sorry Ill keep trying. You did a great job and I told you as you were running by. Im very impressed with your time. I wish I could push myself that hard! Ill keep working on Boston this year for now lol.

I do remember you, thanks for the encouragement.

Go get that BQ, you can do it! Keep in touch and take tips and ideas from the fellow FRB'ers to help with your training, lots of good advice here.
