Ran on the trail with Colleen. Still feeling like crap. Was supposed to do warm up and cool down with 6 miles of speed in between, but Im still hurting from this stupid cold so just ran 8 at whatever pace I felt ok. Finished in 1:08:46 Avg pace 8:36
