I have completed 7 marathons and 1 50 miler. My PR was at Shamrock in VA Beach with a chip time of 4:02:05

Ran 1 mile warm up at 9:28 pace then did yasso's (4 of them) Spits as follows:

Mile 1-9:28

First 1/2-3:34 (7:06) then 800 @ 4:12 (8:26) 

Second 1/2-3:30 (7:02)  then 800 @ 4:23 (8:46)

Third 1/2-3:32 (7:09) then 800 @ 4:35 (9:11)

Last 1/2-3:47 (7:35) then 800 @ 4:21 (8:43)

Ran 1 mile cool down. 8:48 (Fisrt 1/2 @ 4:32 and 2nd at 4:16) *A little to fast for a cool down I know

Started the Garmin over after mile 1 because I had my splits set to miles and had to change it to halfs. Finished the next 5 miles in 40:47 Avg pace 8:09's
