Lazy Sunday cruise on the Legacy Parkway. Got a really bad case of the itchies, which hasn't happened in a really long time. Exercise-Induced Anaphylaxis and Urticaria can actually be lethal. Weird!

oh no! i'm sorry. james falls victim to hives 4-5 times a week. at this point he has to take an antihistamine every night or he'll explode. not fun.
