Warmed up on the bike and then 30 minutes of run/walking on the TM followed by my super intense hip flexor strengthening routine. No more slacking on the hip exercises!!!

My PT is one of the guys that was riding his bike in Snow Canyon and saw you being miserable but didn't have enough gear to help. He wanted me to tell you that about 2 minutes later he got a flat and had to walk his bike in too and never got to see his wife. Tough day for the cyclers!
