2 x 5 minutes of RUNNING on the TM and biking at the work gym. Easing into running take 35. Had horrible flash backs to my early recover days since I haven't stepped into that gym since March. Despite all the ups and downs I guess I have made some progress. Mission a lot more progress starts today! Think I've finally gotten to the root of the hip pain and it has to do with sitting on my bum in front of the computer most days. Major scheming underway to eliminate such problem.
