Super multi-sport I am a dumb a** day!

PM1: My feets were starting to feel a little better so I thought about going for a little hike/run plus I wanted to try out my new sweet shoes. Planned on doing 2 miles and ended up with 7 starting at 9600 feet. This is why I am never going to get better! Trails felt sooooo good though! But my feets ughhhh :( Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

PM2: Tooled around the paved bike trails in Park City. Fun!

PM3: Climbing gym. PF + climbing shoes = no bueno + need for multiple microbrews

I'm in the same boat. But It's good to stay in touch with our inner dumb-ass!

Where'd ya hike/run?

I don't really know where I was. I started at Guardsman Pass and took a trail up. There was a bunch of blue spray paint so I think I was on the Jupiter Peak course. My shoes are awesome by the way! Thanks for the suggestion. Oops I probably just got you in trouble.

Cool, those are great shoes.

You probably were up on Tri-County Peak / Scott's Peak

I just learned that the psoas muscle is known as the tenderloin in other animals. I bet that makes you really want to gnaw into a beef tenderloin now :)

I could go for a nice cow psoas right now

That is hilarious! I will now refer to my tight/sore psoas as my tenderloin. Can't wait to use that one in PT!!!

lulu I have not idear what is going on with you but it sounds like you are falling apart lol. Kidding.

Be kind to your tenderloin.
