freeze a cheap plastic water bottle. put it on the ground. roll foot back and forth over it.
untuck the sheets on your bed.

If you figure it out, let me know! I've had plantar pain in my left foot since October! I've been rolling it, but not with ice. Definitely need to try that.

I've been sleeping totally free these days... that is what happens when you don't have any air conditioning.
Been doing the frozen water bottle trick about 4-5 times a day. I think it is doing something, but it is pretty brutal though and really makes me have to pee. Explain that one!
