Did you just read that article too? Awesome. It's good. I think TK will come out of this a better and stronger athlete. He'll also be smarter overall which will make for a longer, more competitive careers. Nice to see things progressing for you.

Question - you are headed to Europe to backpack this summer. Even though your running progression has to be slow, are you still able to carry a pack and hike well?

Good question Jun. I was just thinking that I should probably start hiking one of these days. So the answer is I have no idea if I can hike and carry a pack well.

I am not going until the end of August so I am hoping that is plenty of time to get in good hiking shape. I think these next few weeks are going to be pivotal for me :)

I'm a terrible version of myself when I'm not running. I've learned a lot about my body in the last 5 months though, so I'll come out stronger in the end. Congrats on getting back at it.
