I decided today that I am no longer sick or injured and will never be either ever again.

3 x 8 minutes of running on the BST!!! Just did laps around Morris Meadow, but who cares I am back out on the trails.

That's pretty much what I've done - my body knows that its not going to get a break by being sick or injured, and either of those is just going to make things more difficult for it... so it cooperates and recovers very quickly now :-)
