Running!!!

The PT let me take my first post-surgical strides this morning. I have to admit that I was very scared, but mostly because I am scared of treadmills. I had very little pain and just some tightness in my hip flexor, which is to be expected. My PT literally had to tear me away from the machine - I didn't want to stop :)

AM: Biking, 6 minutes of RUNNING, & PT

PM: Biking & hip stuff

Congrats on being able to run again! I wish you a speedy continued recovery. Bryce Canyon Half looks like a fun return race.
