Thought I was finally recovered from my 6 minutes of running five days ago so I decided to give it another whirl. I really want to ease into running without hurting something else, but I am unsure how slow to take it. I ran 1 mile last week so if I follow the 10-Percent Rule that means I won't get up to 2 miles a week for 9 more weeks and it would take another 16 weeks to get to 10 miles a week. Don't think I am going to follow that rule.

AM: Bike & 8 minutes of running

Just noticed that you bumped up to 8 minutes. Great job! I wish I had some advice on how slowly/quickly you should ramp up the running.
