A few posts ago I mentioned embracing biking and now I would like to retract that. Rode all the way up B street to 11th ave and then caught the BST at Dry Creek and rode to City Creek down Memory Grown to me casa. I don't think I have ever worked so hard in my life. Why is mountain biking so hard? Maybe because I only do it twice a year.

Haven't run in a week bahhhh. But at least I am getting out - most gorgeous day ever!
