2 x 5 minutes of RUNNING on the TM and biking at the work gym. Easing into running take 35. Had horrible flash backs to my early recover days since I haven't stepped into that gym since March. Despite all the ups and downs I guess I have made some progress. Mission a lot more progress starts today!

Think I've finally gotten to the root of the hip pain and it has to do with sitting on my bum in front of the computer most days. Major scheming underway to eliminate such problem.

I sit a lot at a desk during the day too. Lately I get up at least every 20-30 minutes to walk around and I think it helps... or maybe it is just my old man bladder making me pee too much. :)

Seriously though give it a try. It really helps.

I guess I could try that before taking an early retirement. I am trying to figure out how to set some sort of alert reminder dealie so I can remember to get up. Maybe I will just drink more water.
