only could do 4 this morning. My mind was somewhere else. Feel pretty good from the race on Saturday. Legs are a little stiff, so 4 was good enough for me today.

5 on the treadmill this morning. Could have gone 6, but my little one was tired of watching Wiggles. I want to go a 7 sometime this week, maybe tomorrow before my mom and sisters come down for the week!

Doesn't really feel like I went 7. Ran 2.6 outside, then came home so Dave could go to work. Finished up 4.4 on the treadmill. That part went by pretty fast, but my legs are really tired! Glad I could get it in. Now....a great day poolside with my girls, mom and sisters. I can't wait!
