1.2  Ran with Laney in the jogging stroller while other 2 girls were at school. It was fun and so nice outside, so I had to get out! Pushing that stroller is hard, so we only went a little over 1.  

3.8  Came back home and put Laney down for a nap, then finished up on the treadmill. It was nice to break it up a little. I do much better running in the afternoon instead of the early morning!

Thanks for the welcoming! Dustin has been bugging me like crazy to get my own blog. Like I said I am just starting so I am slow and low miles. But I hope to get in shape soon!

Ally I just remembered that I never got back to you about the diet cherry vanilla chocolate Dr. Pepper! What do you mean it sounds gross.... I'm not a diet fan but other than that part it sounds amazing. If I buy one for you will you try it so I can live vicariously through you. I need someone to try it for me and Mik'L won't. Ask Dave if he will?
