Another 5 miler on the treadmill. I feel like I am in a slump and not really wanting to run. Not seeing the results I want to see. Oh well, I will hang in there. Maybe next week I can get some more miles in.

It will happen - you are doing great, way more consistent than most people. The results will show up.

Anything worth having is hard to get! But nothing is better than finally getting it. Your results will come! I feel the same way, especially when I run with Dave, you know slow. But then when I compare my results to 7-8 months prior, it's pretty cool. Hang in there, you are building a good foundation to put those new results on! I know kinda korny, but Dr. Phil gets away with it, why not me too!
