a.m.- met ruthie and green up at the track at 5:30, ran a two lap warm up and headed to arctic circle (3mi). My foot is not good at all, it started hurting by the end of my warm up and was doing significantly worse by the middle of my run.
afternoon- two lap warm up, my foot wasn't doing any better. I ran around barefoot in the softball field for a while, probably getting in a good half mile. My foot is awkward to run on and it feels really weak. I am icing it right now, probably for about 15- 20 min. |
