HARD DAY! We did 6 800s, and mine were supposed to be at 2:50 pace.. uh yeah right. my first one was 2:58 and it just got worse from there.  we were only supposed to take a 30 second break between each but i couldn't do it so i took longer breaks after the first couple.  It sucked and i was coughing a lot cuz i am still getting over my cold.
