Running class we just had a mile today n we had to beat our previous one, I think I got 7:15 last time so this time I got 6:40. Coach was insultingly surprised. Then we did a couple cool down laps & went & lifted. My legs were so tired I'm not sure why, but good nonetheless. Probably core tonight w the roommates too(:(: & maybe a little biking depending if I finish my homework or not
