Running class, the teacher showed up hahah! We ran 15 laps then went into the weight room. I felt good when we were running (except a slight stomach pain I'm attributing to the giant cinnamon roll I ate before class) but when we got in the weight room I was a bit lightheaded & my stomach hurt a lot more. I just was more careful but still did all the weights & core. My friend diagnosed me with low electrolytes, so I'll drink some Gatorade & whatnot & hope for the best.
