Really bringing up the mileage today(; we had hills so we ran over to fire station & did 6x20 sec hills, then some of the girls got a ride back but I ran back with jake and brianna. This workout felt really good. It was nice to get a run in again, & I felt really strong. I'm happy with how this seasons turning out and I'm really feeling a big pr this weekend/at region (whenever I get to jump next)
