Jogging!!!!! 2 laps warm up. We had 12 minutes & see how far you can make it today. I wanted to get seven laps so I had to go decently fast (faster than I've ran in a long time). I ended up leaving Kamryn because she fell off so I ran by myself. I ended with 7 & a fourth of a lap. I was very happy with myself. Then we did 2 laps cool down. Nice day, me & Kamryn are running tomorrow at 7, because I can't do a night run cause we're going to the mountain tomorrow night. I love college.
