AM- 4 from the hs to the light past Starbucks & back. Avg 8:08 pace which means I'm getting fitness back!!! S/o to life cause ya know it's pretty darn good
PM- 3 with the sprinting crew again. It was tough actually not gonna lie. My legs were pretty tired. but nevertheless it was super fun to talk to them after practice & just hang. They're fun people. I think tomorrow I'm gonna run in the morning then lift later in the day, but I'm not sure yet
