A lap of warmup & drills then a 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 350 with (walking) equal recovery. It was hottt today but a nice workout, per the norm I thrived on the longer stuff. Definitely breathing hard by the end, I honestly don't like walking the recovery. It makes it feel harder. But solid day then picked up my grad announcements, they're pretty cute, you guys(:
