6x200, I'll never understand why it's so important to do a cool down/recovery jog between reps in distance running but not in sprinter workouts. Anyway, janz said at the beginning if we stop hitting our times we have to quit & after rep #3 I had hit 3 sec slower but when she told me that I really focused on making them quick and getting my form & I was hitting much better times. Good workout for sure.
We had the senior scholarship banquet tonight & me and dallen were awarded the National Scholar/Athlete Award from the army reserve!!! Yay me & dallen!!
