6am- nice 30 minutes this morning. I rolled and stretched really well yesterday.
3pm- It was cloudy and a little rainy this afternoon so that was dope. We did 6x300s at 800 pace. I kept it around 46s the full workout. Tried to open up more on the last few. They were really rough though. I tried to beast on the last one but with like 50 left I ran out of gas and got beat by a few of the guys. Me and julien cooled together. I had to stop and massage my leg cuz it was cramping. After the cool down they felt better. Me and julien got back a bit early and took a couple laps on the track. beat him in a 50 yard dash, dabbed acrossed the line for emphasis.
