6am- workout wednesday. warm and 5min easy tempo, 3x1000 at cv, 4x400 at mile pace, 4x200 at 800 pace, and finished with a 300 at f pace. good workout, had to hit the bathroom after the 400s. got 30,29,29,28 for the 200s and 37 for the 300. 2 minute rec all around
3pm- dealing with a bit of soreness in the sole of my left foot, jogged a little this afternoon then iced and hung out and helped with the youngsters meet
