| | river trail. I rolled my ankle hardcore when I was pretty far out and it was bad so I turned around and hobbled back it hurt so bad. when I got home I ice bucketed it and that was pure hell but after it felt a little better.

| | weights in the morning. woke up with weird pain in left quad. didnt finish my squats. discomfort while walking up and down stairs so I took the afternoon to roll and stretch. more clear now the pain is in my vastus medialis and most likely will get better with some more rolling. I really need to stay up on that

Dogtown Half Marathon 2018 (13.109 Miles) 01:17:00, Place overall: 1 | | thursday and friday i didnt run because of pain in my anterior tibialis tendon and also I had state deca so I was pretty busy. We got back on friday at 11 so I didnt get much sleep. I was unsure about running the half but i figured my shin was feeling alright and might as well. I was expecting a couple of the boys to be there but I was all alone. It was cold as a freezing febuary morning. I ran by myself with my dads watch the whole time. Dude from salt lake stuck around 20 seconds behind me the whole race. Felt pretty good but its tough running by yourself. didnt pr but I won pretty easily and now ive got 100 to spend at the running center so thats noice

| | shin really sore after the half marathon. ran a couple miles on the track with rylee. been icing a ton and had my mom tape it and ive got a calf sleeve. ill back off my minutes untill its better. shouldnt take too long.
