| | 9am- i rann into the desert, up a big sand hill, up to the road, over the overpass by maverick then down to the intersection by in n out and back to my house. it was really sucky the whole way it was not a good run. but then I came home and found a nice breakfast waiting for me from rylee. truly blessed

| | 330pm- easy run with J. he got back from mexico today and as I was heading out for my run I heard him yelling at me from down the street lol. we did a nice speedy easy run. usually that loop is around 30 minutes for me but we were probably going like 7 minute pace the whole time. feelin good and healthy

| | 320pm- 85 minuter today in some gorgeous weather, 50 degrees and overcast with slight rain. pretty easy considering it was our longest run in quite a while. felt good except a little hamstring tightness near the end. stretched after for a bit. core after and plyos. i was meaning to do plyos pretty hard through the break but starting up running had me tight so I put it off. figured i better start now at least so I can see some more strength during outdoor season.

| | ran kentucky lucky chicken trail with my dad and mom. it was really short so I said I was gonna run down to the dixie center on the river trail to finish my run so then instead of that me and my dad just ran the trail backwards and tried to find a trail that went down to the bike trail and it turned into a adventure run and we just ended at a parking lot. we saw the leaders of the half marathon and they were hauling, like way in front of everybody else. also saw where dr j probably lives

| | 730am- suicidal tendencies this morning with the boys. stretched consistently over the weekend. good run no problems. core and plyos after. im getting used to my short plyos routine 3x(7x lunge jumps left leg + 7 right legs +7 squat jumps) in the next couple weeks im going to add some bounders and some other stuff. plus we will be getting in to weights on tuesdays and thursdays. let me know if anybody has suggestions for effective plyo stuff

| | 615am- weights. woke up and felt really crappy this morning but still got to practice. there is too much people in there. nothing was open so i went to the bathroom and when i got back most people were just standing around so it didnt take too long for a bar to open up. didnt run i didnt feel good.

| | had a deca trip today so I ran at 12 and ended around 130 then I got a couple hours of sleep and headed up to uvu at 5 am, arrived there around 9, took 3rd in region at my event and got home around 6. busy day.
