615am- 30 minutes easy run
3pm- 6x 1000-1200 @ 3200 pace with cooldown to 120 heartrate. Not gonna lie, I stuggled to hit my times today. I tried to push through the best I could but hey it happens. My workouts dont define me, my races do. I guess technicly my workouts define my races so they actually do define me but whatever. I try hard.
weights after but I just took a nap on the bench. sorry not sorry. took more naps when I got home
