730am- suicidal tendencies this morning with the boys. stretched consistently over the weekend. good run no problems. core and plyos after. im getting used to my short plyos routine 3x(7x lunge jumps left leg + 7 right legs +7 squat jumps) in the next couple weeks im going to add some bounders and some other stuff. plus we will be getting in to weights on tuesdays and thursdays. let me know if anybody has suggestions for effective plyo stuff
