320pm- 85 minuter today in some gorgeous weather, 50 degrees and overcast with slight rain. pretty easy considering it was our longest run in quite a while. felt good except a little hamstring tightness near the end. stretched after for a bit. core after and plyos. i was meaning to do plyos pretty hard through the break but starting up running had me tight so I put it off. figured i better start now at least so I can see some more strength during outdoor season.
ran kentucky lucky chicken trail with my dad and mom. it was really short so I said I was gonna run down to the dixie center on the river trail to finish my run so then instead of that me and my dad just ran the trail backwards and tried to find a trail that went down to the bike trail and it turned into a adventure run and we just ended at a parking lot. we saw the leaders of the half marathon and they were hauling, like way in front of everybody else. also saw where dr j probably lives
