Starting into training for Boston! Going to try a modification of the "Hanson" program described in January 2011 Runners World. Monday will be tempo runs at Marathon Pace, Thursday will be my long day, and Saturday will be Speed/Strength. Whenever possible, I will also attend a session of Ozone cross training.
Treadmill. Did 4 miles at 6:50 pace then cruised for another 1.5.
