I am 42, and am only getting better with age and wisdom.
Running is about third or fourth on my priority list, but that's pretty high. I'm a busy guy. My family comes first. I've got a few great runners in the bunch - watch out for them!
Got ambitious with my long run again. Warmed up for a couple miles and then started ratcheting speed to marathon pace and then faster. Ran last 5 miles in 6:30 pace! Finished 13.1 in 1:29:45.
